Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
AIEXE ("AIEXE", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when you use services provided through aiexe.org.
1. Information We May Collect
- Name and email address associated with an account or authentication provider.
- Information you voluntarily submit while using the service.
- Technical information such as browser, device, and basic diagnostic or log information.
- Information required to provide features you explicitly request.
2. Google Sign-In and Google APIs
AIEXE may use Google Sign-In and Google APIs to provide features requested by users. When you authorize access through Google's OAuth consent screen, AIEXE may receive information and access Google resources only within the permissions you grant.
Depending on the permissions requested and approved, this may include basic Google account information such as your name, email address, and account identifier, and data from an authorized Google service such as Google Drive.
AIEXE does not sell Google user data to third parties.
3. Google Drive Data
If you connect Google Drive, AIEXE may access files or Drive information only as needed to perform the Google Drive functionality you explicitly request and only within the OAuth permissions you grant.
AIEXE does not use Google Drive data for advertising. Google user data is not used for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the user-requested functionality.
Where Google API Services User Data Policy applies, AIEXE handles Google user data consistently with those requirements.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to authenticate users, provide requested application features, process user-initiated operations, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical problems, and improve service reliability.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the service, where necessary to provide the requested functionality or maintain security, or when required by law.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary depending on the feature and the user's actions.
8. Revoking Google Access
You can revoke AIEXE's access to your Google account through your Google Account security and third-party access settings. After revocation, AIEXE will no longer be able to make API requests using that authorization.
9. Third-Party Services
AIEXE may rely on third-party services such as Google, Firebase, hosting providers, APIs, and infrastructure providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Children's Privacy
AIEXE does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
