These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIEXE services available through aiexe.org. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Use of the Service
You may use AIEXE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
2. Accounts and Security
Some features may require an account or authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
3. Google Account and Google Drive
AIEXE may allow you to connect a Google account or Google Drive account. You decide whether to grant access through Google's OAuth authorization process. AIEXE will use the permissions you grant only to provide the authorized functionality.
Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
4. User Content
You are responsible for files, data, and other content that you submit, upload, process, or access through AIEXE. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use such content.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Using the service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfering with service security, availability, or operation.
- Abusing or circumventing technical or security controls.
- Violating third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Third-Party Services
AIEXE may integrate with third-party providers, APIs, authentication systems, cloud platforms, and other external services. Those services are subject to their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of AIEXE.
7. Availability
AIEXE is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, address abuse or security concerns, or enforce these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIEXE is provided without warranties that the service will meet every specific requirement or remain uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AIEXE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
